Main raw materials: Eel, soy sauce (soy, wheat, fermented seasoning (millet), and sugar)

Self life: Frozen below -18 degrees C can be stored for one year

Weight: 250 gms (+- 10%), and 320 gms (+-10%)

 

Ways of cooking:

1. Oven heating: The ice is removed and vacuum package is opened to remove the eel. Then the eel skin is placed down on the baking tray. It can also be eaten by baking at at 180 ~200 °C for 8~10 minutes.

2. Microwave heating: The ice is removed and vacuum package is opened to remove the eel. Then eel is put in a dish and placed in the microwave for 3 to 5 minutes.

3. Boiled heating: The ice is removed and the eel vacuum package is put directly into the boiling water for 8~10 minutes. Then the eel is taken out of vacuum bag and can be eaten.
